As for commissioning a star-ship, I haven't done one for a client yet, but I venture I would probably charge it the same as my character or building commissions. It all depends on the clients wish i.e ( scale, full color render, sketch e.t.c.. )

Say, a larger vessel like some of your previous ships, versus a more simpler starfighter comm? :)
A large fully rendered ship like the latest one I just posted ( Industrial Frigate ) would have a range cost around $.600 - 1000 depending on complexity while a smaller simplified one like the bottom left sketch of my Air Base roughs would be around $.250 - 500
